Word Mail Merge

Merge a Word template with an Excel database — pick which parts of the document get replaced by which columns, preview every record, then export as Word or PDF. Everything runs in your browser; nothing is uploaded.

Write placeholders like {{Nama}}, {{Gaji}} anywhere in the document — or download the sample template above as a starting point

Each row becomes one document — e.g. one letter per employee
3 Choose what gets replaced field → Excel column
Two ways to pick what changes: placeholders written as {{field}} in Word are detected automatically. You can also select any text in the preview and mark it as a field (e.g. a fixed company name). Then choose the Excel column that fills each field below.
How it works
0. No template yet? Download the sample template (top right), open it in Word and see how the placeholders work.
1. In Word, type placeholders in double curly braces: {{Nama_Karyawan}}, {{Gaji_Pokok}}
2. Prepare Excel with headers on the first row — one row per person/item.
3. Upload both files here. Matching names are mapped automatically; adjust anything manually.
4. Preview record-by-record, then export Word (all records in one file or a ZIP of separate files) or PDF.
